3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the replacement item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t already shipped. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it following our policy.

10. Store Credit and Gift Returns
